I might be wrong, but do you mean the 3M Control-Tac Carbon?
I like 3M’s wrap films but I am not keen on their cast carbon wrap they do. Used it on a roof of a custom VW camper for a friend about 6 months ago and found it had allot of resistance in recessed areas. Actually preferred working with the 3M DiNoc carbon, but that’s not an actual wrapping film for vehicles.
Anyway, please post pictures when done, always good to see what everyone’s doing.

I’m with you there I did a full carbon wrap (di-noc) on a Nissan 350Z and found it easy with no major issues, on the other hand wrapped a mini roof with the control tac last week and found it pretty tricky getting over the edges and keeping the weave nice and straight.
Good luck with it though and post some pics! (remember to keep the weave the same way on the panels!!)
