  Graphtec ce5000-60 cutting problem

  Hi there i use the graphtec with corel x4 no issues until today. When going to send to the cutter it seems that it cant connect to the cutter and find the poll size. I have tried 3 lots of usb cables and still no joy. Any ideas?

  This probably won’t solve the problem, but sometimes if you tun off your computer then turn it back on, it works.
  You might want to reinstall Cutting Master?

  Just check there is no jobs stuck in the work queue (the separate job box)
  If there an aborted / Part finished job it will prevent the cutter from performing some functions like poll size (had that like gem before, took us an hour to fix that one)

  Have you changed your USB port? I had this problem when i moved the office around and it would only work in the specified port

  Was working ok then nothing just going to uninstall software and try again

  Had the same problem, resolved it by installing Cutmaster 3 the latest vesion is 2.0.73gc.
