  CAD cutting magnetic sheet

  Hi All

  What is the best way to cut complex shapes from magnetic sheet (0.8mm vehicle grade)? I am assuming a flatbed cutter like a Zund would be best? Also does anyone on here offer or know someone who offers this service?

  i have a graphtec flat bed that does it but a bit slow if lots then a zund is the answer

  Thanks Chris I thought as much. Anyone with a Zund able to do some bits for me? Not a massive load of stuff to do but it’ll be a nightmare to do by hand.

  I’m sure we have cut some magnetic to shape on a standard plotter before. Although it did not cut all the way through, we could easily tear the shapes out!
