Hi ive been asked to price wrapping a shutter on a shop front but when I got there to survey the job I notice that its a perforated shutter, I don’t think its worth doing as there would be that much that could fail ie. 50% of the adhesive not bonded

has anyone been in this situation and how did they deal with it?

    thanks
    John

I’ve done this before, used a high tack adhesive and also made the customer aware that it might fail due to the perforated background.
Done the job, and held pretty well, shame the shop went bust a year later and the landlord removed the graphics so I couldn’t judge how long it would last.

cheers George, im worried that over here in Northern Ireland it can get very cold in the winter so it would be brittle and then a few freak days in the summer where its hi 20s or even 30 degrees so it would then be heated way up.. I think ill side step it and talk her into something different
