  Static issues when printing

  We’ve just purchased a Roland xr640 and we’re having a lot of problems with static and are looking for some solutions. I’ve seen a bungee cord type instrument with magnets on the end on YouTube but don’t know where to purchase it. Any help would be appreciated.
