what can i do to avoid zund not creasing properly
As a CTP company and only having a Zund S3 for a short time , we are having trouble creasing printed card. A customer asked us to cut and crease 100 folders on 350 – 400gsm. The problem we have after trying all the creasing wheels we have is that the card stock just keeps cracking.
What can we do to avoid this problem?

I think its because the mats are too hard and instead of the paper getting creased its getting crushed witch causes cracking on the fold.

Questions:
Which creasing wheel set have you got CTT1 or 2?
Are you creasing on the belt or on the matts?As a test lightly spray the sheet of paper with water before creasing and see if it stops it cracking. Your paper might be too brittle. Just give it a light mist and see if this helps.

We have both CTT 1 and 2
We dont have belt, we are creasing on the mats. We also have the Suregrip for routing but not tried that yet. -
I have a conveyor belt on my machine and do my creasing on this.
Maybe you could try find a similar material so there is some give?
