Help please, Mutoh SC-650
hi i am new to this so i dont no if i should be asking this or not.
recentley i bought a mutoh sc-650 and it worked fine till last week i connected it all up and started doing some stuff on my computer then went to cut it and nothing happened. i have done a test cut and that was fine. i am running flexi sign pro veresion 7.6 the software says that it is cutting but nothing happens at the cutter end can any body help me [/b] -

Try contacting Scanvec, they are the people who produce flexi so best to ask them. 7.6 is an older version but strangely it’s what most questions get asked about.

They have their own forum which can be useful, you just need to register to access it. You will also find you will get more replies to questions if you introduce yourself & tell people a little about yourself in the hello forum

Try the micro switch on the right hand side where the hood goes down, if it’s not detecting the hood closing you’ll get nothing 🙂
*edit* I should really look at the date before hitting reply… DOH!
