VTS Excellent service yet again
What can you say, versacamm yellow stops printing on one side of head, numerous head cleans later, still didn’t come back, tried a powerful clean and now the magenta head drops out, every clean gives a worse test print. Massive panic, stacks of orders to get out, Speak to Brian & Pete from VTS, No problem, engineer on the way, Andy turns up 2 hours later, new cap on the heads, problem sorted. Registration issues with cut after print sorted with new clamps. Out of action for just a few hours, if there is ever a problem these guys have always got me back up and running almost immediately. Cannot big them up enough, Outstanding service.

good to hear, always good hearing good things about suppliers rather than just bad. WE all seldom forget to say thanks when things go right, only when bad to we find our tongues.
