    Hi Guys,

Would anyone know what would cause this on a Roland XC540, I’ve included a couple of images with the problem, it’s printing weird lines down a full size image. There are a couple of these on the prints. It only happens when its larger prints.

Cheers guys any help would be great

    Jamie 🙂

Figured it out 🙂 Encoder minging!! wee rub of isopropyl and it’s running perfectly now, I must have got a speck of ink on it over the weekend.

It made sense since there were 6 lines running down the image and the image was skewing very slightly. When I seen all the 6 CMYKLcLm lines at appropriate positions on the material of where the head would have been when the sensor hit the speck of ink thats when I clicked.

Cheers anyways 🙂 Up and running again 🙂
