  Dull rastor images

  When i get sent PDF or EPS files from designers to print that have rastor and vector images in them the whole print comes out nice and bright, but when i put a rastor image in a vector file such as a PDF or EPS the vector parts are nice a colourful but the rastor image is dull and horrible looking, does anyone know why this is?

  Sounds like a mismatch of cmyk and rgb bit maps your rip may prefer or set up for one type.

  How do i change it so they are both the same?
