  suggestions please with cx24 tracking running out

  Hi guys. i bought a cx24 a while back second hand. thought it was working great however soon realised that it is tracking awfull. Its length ways not left to right. It simply doesnt run straight which makes it unusable. Ive checked these problems on the forum and ive checked a lot of reasons. the alignments are straight, vinyl is square. I even bought new pinch rollers as the old ones seems warped but this has made no difference.
  When i say it doesnt run straight, it tracks then when it returns to the point the vinyl is 1mm out to where it started at on the guidline.
  Any ideas
