  the cyan head seems to be on all the time and the inking goes over the edge of the sheet. Could this be an electrical spike? Anyone had experience of this?
  We have cleaned around all the heads and the caps 3 x now

  that happens to me when theres a lot of humidity, do you use media clamps?? maybe the head its touching the media

  We ran without the media clamp and then put them back.
  We had a real mess up on the ink supply to the magenta head recently and it seems visually that this has contaminated the head cable to the cyan. We have orered this Ttech8 ) and hope to put a new cable on tomorrow :lol1: I am thinking several elctrical circuits have been compromised. WE had vtech recently who missed this.
