  jaguar cutter question

  Hi Guys
  Ever since Ive updated the firmware on my machine its being cutting quite differently.

  1) soon as its finished doing the edge measuring the fans cut off.

  2) it seems to move forward about 2ft really slowly before returning back to the start to cut the job, which means I can’t use small pieces of vinyl.

  3) when ever it moves position on the vinyl it goes like a bat out of help to get to the cutting position then cuts at an ok speed. I’ve tried putting a low value in on the velocity setting in signlab but no change.

  Is there anything in the machines setting I can change to sort the problems out. Mainly questions 2 and 3. Number I ain’t so fussed on as its nice a quite without any fans running all the time.

  for # 3 press Pause/Speed/Down Arrow. That should get you to UP Speed.
  Try lowering the value.

  for # 2 you may need to disable Auto Unroll Media
  That should be the 2nd menu item under MISC button on your cutter
