one of my machines is a ct630 which is used for basic sign writing etc, but when i cut big amounts it seems to cut properly through most of the letters so weeding is easy but at some points it runs lame and doesnt score the vinyl properly so the lines have to be finished by hand. im not sure if its to do with it being an entry level machine and not being able to handle te data?
this is also used with sign blazer if that makes any difference
any advice toward this would be very appreciated
    thanks, ed 🙂

cheers bud, il have a try, i played with the offsets before and i didnt do to well so have just been using it normal, it cuts most things fine but then when it does bigger jobs after a while it just seems to run out of energy, ifi change the offsets i presume the pressures might need adjusting to suit?

Martin is correct………but also look at the overcut setting….it should be set at half the offset value.
