    Anyone out there attempted a curved folded panel with internally illuminated pop through letters?? is it possible???

    yes it possible, but not easy and you really need to be geared up to do this sort of thing. I would advise to out source it to reputable trade fabricators.

    typical example of this on a large scale is the Army Careers Stores all over the UK.
    not a great picture but this is how they are done, even the samll text is same from memory. all push thru edge illuminated. on a curved faced pan.

    are sign is being curved round a corner site if that makes sense but this is probably the same principle. First time attempting this sort of thing.

    you could mitre the curve in some way, so that it still joins on the corner.

    this other Army one is on a corner but looks wrong.

    cant really cause the building is curved and where having to bend the sign round the building.

    yes well the 2 sides are straight then in the middle it is curved. so its the curved bit thats giving us the bother.
