Matt sounds like you need a new driver for Win 7, drop me an email at nigel.pugh@grafityp.co.uk and I will get it sorted.

    Thanks nigel

Thought that might be it. I did buy the machine from yourselves a few years ago.

Will drop you an email tomorrow. Will the usb driver work on all the jaguar machines or will you need know my model number?

    Cheers
    Matt

not sure but you may have to switch the plotter from GCC Usb mode to Common USB mode. You do this on the cutter itself.
For some reason GCC had to add Common USB mode, possibly for Win7 64 bit.
I think , but am not 100% sure, that our software could not get the page size from the machine unless it was set top common USB mode in Win 7 64 bit.

Was never able to get a compleate answer to the differance between GCC mode and common USB mode.
