  versaworks error message help

  Hi there…
  ive a Roland versaworks 540i
  starting versaworks I get this error message.
  Dongle is not properly attached or printer setting is invalid. Please attach the dongle properly or initialize application then restart versaworks…

  any clues anyone…I amnot aware I have a dongle! 😕

  hey George!….I didnt know what initializing meant…just got talked through it with Roland engineer…so hoorah all happy and printing
