Heres a picture of how it turned out.

thanks to everyone, suggestions and tips helped alot.

Looks great Matic, how did you end up going about it?

first we wrapped it matte black with oracal air free foil, the rest was cut. the windows were printed and laminated.

It was quite some work but it turned out good.

I did a test print with the black and the "KK" signs and did matt laminate but it just didnt look right, so we ended doing it like this.

The car is 6,6m long ..theres only one problem and thats where the cabin and the back come together, there was maybe 7 cm room and we coudnt do a perfect wrap, there are a few wrinkles but you cant see them if youre not looking closely. How do you do wrap when theres no place?

we used about 40 m2 of material.

40 sq metres?? Did you manage to waste a little bit of vinyl :lol1: :lol1:

When you say how do you do a wrap when there is no place do you mean somewhere to work??

If that’s the case then I take it you don’t have premises. Have you not got any customers with a unit big enough for you to work?? I have done this a couple of times when I had lorries to do that wouldn’t fit in my own unit. Just hired a bit of space from them for the day. Not ideal for a wrap as you should really have somewhere that you can control the temperature & ensure is clean enough but it is better than nothing.

difficult to see all but from the picture you look like you have done a good first job mate and should be pleased with it.
keep an eye on it over the coming weeks though, its this time period any over stretching etc will come to light.

thanks for taking the time to load your work and letting us all know how you got on. much appreciated.

Martin: my shop is good 300m2, the problem wasnt the place to work but a tight place on the car where i couldnt get my hand in. As i said, we managed doing it but its not perfect.

Sorry matic my mistake, my excuse is that I live in Scotland so my English isn’t very good :lol1: :lol1:

You will just have to put your hands on a diet so they fit into smaller spaces :lol1: :lol1:

    Hi Matic,
Looks good,I like the Matt and gloss effect
a few tips though, Because you’ve overlaid the green & Red directly onto the black it seems to have "dulled" due to the black background,
Overlaminate them onto white first, cut then apply and you’ll find the colour will hold up better.
Reference the back of the cab and tub,
Attached is one we’ve done, Then tub you’ll find is only held on with a few bolts that are very easy to locate under the vehicle, remove the bolts and you can lift the tub back easily to give you more room to work
