    Hiya.

I’ve just landed with a large job with a short time frame. The customer wants ACM used. I normal round the corners by hand, but need something quicker. i see JAG supplies offers three different brands has anybody experience with these models and what the finish is like? also what dies do you use the most 3.5mm 6mm 10mm

    Thanks

    Martin

Mine is a different make to the ones sold by Jag but very similar to the CM1. It has a 12.5mm die & has been used to round the corners on Foam, composite & magnetic sheet.
Nice clean edge on both sides with most substrates but sometimes with a cheap foam board it will cut the front edge nice & clean but not do quite such a good job with the back edge.
For what it cost it has been great but I must admit I do like the look of the more expensive corner pro that Jag sell. Looks to be a far more versatile machine than the one I have.

We have two different ones and both bought from JAG.
both are different sizes and do the job great… off hand i dont know the sizes. will take some pictures tomorrow and load them here. had them a few years now and just keep going. very hand tool to have on the shelf.

Got the JAG one with 18mm radius, it cuts Di bond really nice but they do recommend not to go smaller than 18mm on 3mm board.

    Hi Ben

My understanding is that you can buy one and change the cutting die to suit.
personally, ide buy the mid sized cutter and several cutting dies.
we have two sizes of cutter. one for large radius cuts and one for all small signs to basically take the sharp corner off and finish the signs better.

I meant to take pictures and load last week, but this has reminded me and will do so tomorrow mate.
