not sure if I’m just having a bad sensitive day, but has anyone had any bad experiences with this company? If everyone says they are lovely then i know its me being overly sensitive

got to agree with the others Jean, I dont use them very often, but when we have theres been no problems at all. spent a couple of grand with them once, whilst most others have been small orders around £30-£50 worth… same level of service regardless.

maybe "not you" that’s having an off day, maybe one of "their staff" is having an off day… happens to the best of us.

hope things are ironed out for you soon…

Have used them in the past for odds & sods, adhesive, blades, tapes etc. On the whole fine to deal with and they know their catalogue well enough to know what you’re on about if you don’t have your’s in front of you.

Did find them a little inflexible regarding (quantities of) the pro-dec caps once…something like I could buy 100 at x price or 500 of all one colour at y price but not mix and match 10 bags of 100 to make 1000 and get a better rate.

…So just went to Pro-Dec themselves and they gave me what I wanted – in every quantity I wanted – cheaper & faster.

I just buy the Avery felt squeegees off them a few times a year now.

A good single source company, friendly, knowledgeable – but I shop around unless I’m in a hurry these days.

Have to agree with Robert. We all have bad days and sometimes it does get picked up by others.

Thanks for your feedback David – I am very happy to hear we helped you with your order. In Jag’s defence, we have found them to bean excellent distributor for us at Pro-Dec Products – they work hard getting our quality caps out into the industry.

Jag Signs do a very useful screw cover cap kit which have gone down well with customers.

    PS
We have updated our Colour Matching App with a few more board and vinyl manufactures so if you are looking for a coloured screw cap its worth visiting our website http://www.prodec.biz
