Just done this. Main fascia composite tray faced in mat digi print to get the right shade. Secondary tray faced in mat digi print, plus 10mm & 5mm lettering stuck to face. The RH edge of this tray conceals the join of the back tray.
The main tray was a very close fit to the top and the pillars either side which took some fiddling about to fix.

Very nice and clean peter! Will they not spring for the illuminated pockets? Are you south coast? recognize the code 01444?

the sign looks very good Peter, well done mate. I like the colours used etc

only down side i would say is the shops dated windows and door styles. but not much you can do there. maybe suggest they paint them in eggshell paint. 😕

anyway, not that thats any concern of yours, well done and thank you for taking the time to post your work peter.

Thanks guys. This is at Haywards Heath West Sussex.
He was on a tight budget so illuminated pockets are out of reach and he brought the old plain ones from his previous office.
Yep, stuck with the window frames but along with the wallpaper it could easily change to an Indian restaurant if house sales fall flat.
I had suggested painting them in the same mat grey so that they blended more but he thought they were a nice feature.

I’ve attached a "before" image for comparison.
The window frames were black and much less in your face.
    Customer knows best ha ha.
