Hi Robert
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to post your work mate. It is very much appreciated.
Robert, first time go at this line of work…. Personally, I recon you have done a good job mate. This type of work has many downsides and obstacles to overcome…
Alignment of panels, obvious fixing points, puckering and indentation over a length like this is a common problem. Judging “by the pictures” this is minimal.Your raised letters. “I am guessing” are flat cut chrome composite?
I ask this, because I am looking close and I could be wrong but you may have dimpling on the face of your chrome letters due to the heat generated by the adhesive used to adhere the locators to the composite. If this is the case, shop around, there are adhesives that do not cure at high temp and prevent this from happening mate. It’s a common falut and one I have fell victom of several times. As always, thank you for taking the time to post your work Robert.
Cheers mate
