I urgently need help with my UNIFORM cadet Plus 1400c SP 540. I shall be grateful if any one can put me in touch with a technician or an engineer for this product who I can speak or discuss the problem with. The machine has been out of work for sometime and now that we are ready to put it to use it will not respond as it kept showing error message . it looks as if the print heads are blocked and there might be other problems too. I am also looking for a similar machine that is not working to buy. Please help . Worried member

I can recommend Mike Antrum from isub. His mobile is 07515398729. I have the same printer as you which mike got running fantastically. Just say James Cody from gave you his number.

I second James recommendation, however, i know Mike, nice guy and has been in the game a long time, cant vouch on his technician experience but is very knowledgeable in these versions of the roland machines.

as for an idle machine for so long… yes, you maybe in bother if it hasnt been "taken out of service properly". you will have clogged ink all the way thru the pipes, heads etc…

    i would "advise" a visit…

It would be handy to know where in the country your printer is. The names listed already are all worth talking to, but there are others around the country if they’re too far away.

    Re Colin Tupen

He came to fix our Cadet Plus 1400 sp1400v… Now a SP540v !!

He worked his magic & got our printer into a serviceable state …

    And……A really nice guy too..

Thanks to Robert Lambie & everyone on here that recommended him….

But special thanks go to Colin himself 🙂
