  adding cuttable outline to text?

  Hi, this is probably very simple to most of you, im trying to add a cuttable outline to text so i can have two different colours, one thick outline and a colour in the centre

  not sure if this makes sense…

  Not sure what software you are using but in Corel you just add a contour and break them apart to get your 2 colours. Hope that this makes sense.
