HELP NEEDED. Foil sticking and pulling through with vinyl.
Hi guys and girls. New to the forum but looking forward to being a member. I have been having serious problems with my edge 2 this morning. When printing the foil is sticking to the vinyl and being pulled through with the material. I am using foils from print1 and spandex standard transparent vinyl. If anyone could give any advice it would be very much appreciated.

substitute the vinyl in the print setup page to a different vinyl, It will change the head heat settings, usually a quick fix i.e if set as fascal 220 change to fascal 225

I can’t help you! but I’m desperately searching for a company I can subcontract, that still uses a Gerber Edge. I need to match an existing installation that was printed in ‘gold leaf’ foil (shiny gold) on clear vinyl by a Gerber Edge. Photo attached.
