SP300 New Pump Help
Posted by Stephen Ingham on 29 September 2011 at 19:56Hi all, i have just received the new type pump for my SP300 but i could do with a little help if i can please?
It arrived today along with the fitting kit but i am a little confused by it all as there are no instructions and i could do with some if possible or even a diagram showing the position of the brackets etc before i start taking the old one to bits.
Can anyone help please?
Cheers

not done the conversion on the SP300 but on the Pro2 the bracket allows the pumps to lay flat with the outlets pointing to the capping station. Takes a little figuring out but simple once you realise how it fitsKev

Hi Kevin, thanks for the reply.
The other thing is there are the pipe inlet and outlets and they are together so no way of knowing which is which….
I am going to call Tech8 tomorrow where i got it from and ask them…

this should be the pump you have, motor fits underneath & the 2 outlets face the capping stations. You should have a "Y" piece to join the tubes from the capping stations then this fits to the left hand side as you look at the picture the right hand outlet to the waste pipe. Hope this helpsKev

Hi Stephen, the outlet is the one marked "P" with an arrow pointing out. The inlet is marked "S" with an arrow pointing into the pump.

Hi Stephen,
Glad you got it all sorted and you received all the correct documentation from us.
I will take note of this and offer this document to everyone who orders these new style Roland pumps.
Always good to get feed back and recommendations.
Thanks,
Justin
