  • print vinyl that can be written on with a ball point pen?

    Hi

Need to make some printed labels, permanent adhesive for exterior use, will stick onto machinery that engineers can use to mark service dates.

Better if the vinyl can accept ball point pen writing and not rub off since I expect that they will lose any permanent markers issued pretty quickly.

    Thanks in anticipation

We use Matt vinyl for this kind of think. If left to dry biro will write on it. If rubbed straight away it smudges a tad but not so it is unreadable.

    Cheers

Thanks Gary, was thinking of matt vinyl as best chance so good to hear you confirm it, thanks again.
Now where to get small quantity of matt digital since 5000 stickers only runs 8 meters into a roll .
