I am a newbie – so please be gentle.Looking to start-up a small business from home as I can’t do a ‘proper’ job due to ill health.
No doubt you will stumble over my posts in the coming weeks so I apologise in advance for my ignorance 😳 but then that’s why I’ve joined this forum to pick over your combined wisdom and experiences in the hope I don’t make too many expensive mistakes.

If I can get it up an running yes it will be a ‘proper’ job!
At the mo I am doing all sorts of computer stuff, marketing, etc for my hubbie’s business and voluntary bits and pieces. I have been self-employed for the last 19 years and even if I had perfect health I don’t think I would find working for someone very easy.
I haven’t had my own business for the last 4 years and my brain and creative juices need something to work on. Plus, the extra income will be nice too 😉
