Employee work sheets

we used to use the stephen, but when we down sized our workforce we stopped using them as such. we now just use sheets for job completion by the customer to say they are happy with the work etc etc but thats more about getting paid than keeping tabs on the staff.
i think its best making them up yourself in something like Microsoft word, as you get everything you want included rather than an off the shelf template.
if you have large volume of work then get a local printer to do you batches of them. even get them with carbon paper so you have duplicates… -
thanks Rob, it was more for recording my mileage for the "nice tax man" and remembering me what job was done and when,,,,,
Im being lazy I could fire one up in corel, but was looking to see if there was anyone with a more suitable type I could alter and use !! -
