  can anyone help fix a faded SP-540v Red print please?

  Hi all
  My SP-540V isn’t printing the colour red correct. Its coming out faded. Does anyone know how I can go about correcting this??

  Try to replace the damper on Magenta.

  It has just been recently serviced and the dampers were changed!!!

  Do a print test to see if the head is firing on all cylinders. (:)

  is this a new problem or new install.

  as mike said how is the test pint out
  all make a big difference so what have you.
