  To laminate or not??

  Would you laminate cut vinyl flames being applies to skirts of a tractor trailer? The skirts are fiberglass and the flames will be around 103"x24". Any hints or tricks would be appreciated. Thank you

  any sort of vehicle what so ever, "i laminate"
  it will protect the prints from chemical, abrasion and UV damage.

  If it’s just cut vinyl and not printed, then no.

  It is just cut vinyl, not printed and I just thought being on a tractor trailer, it would protect it better. Thank you all for the replies

  sorry, cut vinyl is different altogether…
  i assumed you meant printed flame’s that have been contour cut…
  cut vinyl, no, don’t laminate. if you’re worried about it coming off, just make sure you use a decent grade vinyl like a [b][u]CAST. that’s about as durable as you will get, thin UV stable vinyl with an aggressive adhesive.
