  My steeltrak has arrived!!

  I’m well pleased with it,
  but I can’t help getting a curved left panel when I cut the dibond!!

  Any way around this?

  Hi Dave, it seems that the cutter directs the left panel through an angled guide as I cut
  the composite.
  with smaller panels it warps at the cut edge.

  Just wondering if anything can be done to correct this.

  Philip,

  The cutter is working properly, that’s the way it cuts the composite.
  You can re-bend the panels (not ideal but only solution). That’s what I do.

  Certain sizes (small-ish) bend more that others, but I don’t think there’s much you can do about it.

  yep same here
  good quality composite bends back no problem
  anything else 😕
  normally that end bit is waste but on small cuts it is a prob but
  if i need small panels i run them through bench top saw
