Hi Derek, been using Colour mill ltd, not original ink but nearly half that price been rolling out 100’s of jobs and no problem with the ink or end product at all.

received this morning.
asked when ordering how packaged as the last time just the carts in their plastic packet no other protection and the courier was looking all over the van for them. so i specified wanted them boxed .or packaged with some protection

guess what 👿 4 packets no box or anything delivered to the building site along the road

now i have to wait until they go in now what happens if they are damaged in anyway they look fine
anyway rant over
cheapest ink at the minuite but piss poor service

oh and another thing i always thought those things that blow leaves around the garden were a stupid idea why not wait till its windy found my father in laws at the weekend it hoovers the leaves up when you get a pile of them how good is that

Hi Derek,

We dont use couriers normally as we have a huge fleet of our own vehicles , goods while loose in packets should be on a pallet within the van and therefore secure, and should never have been left with anyone else unless you wernt in and was an obvious next door neighbour we could leave it with, please contact me or the branch or the complaints area in the members section and i will be happy to check it out and make sure the driver/warehouse person is spoken too.
Hopefully then we can make sure it doesnt happen again.
