    does it have to swing?
if its not a large projector, you could use 3mm composite or 2mm aluminum.
sandwiched together between two L-Shaped 1.5 or 2 inch brackets.
very easy to do and manufacture in-house. round corners too…

make sure you anchor your fixings properly regardless to what route you take.

signwaves & Plex do variou off the shelf budget projectors. see UKSB toolbar for links

Looks like a banner bracket that has been utilised.

    Tks Robert

    It doesn’t have to swing.

I was worried about one piece of composite fatiguing where it meets the brackets with movement in the wind but obviously it must be ok.

if i make any up i use 2mm aluminium as it has more of a spring to it.
but i have seen many sign firms use composite…. as well as 10mm correx on signs around 3ft deep by 1.5ft projecting. (flutes running horizontally)
