    hello folks, could anyone link us to UK based suppliers of Orabond 1395, tried to google it but couldnt find em.

    I believe there are quite few guys here who must be using this.

    sorry i’m crap with reference numbers, series etc Orabond, is that the double sided tape mate?
    If so, im another user of it, like Andy. use it for doing all my banner hemming and very competitively priced.

    Rob n Chris, u guys use it for welding as well? is it strong enough to hold large banners??

    We don’t do great deal of large banners, so putting em together with tape, Looked at few frequency/heat welders but cant justify the investment at the moment.

    Ive used them to join large banners, but using multiple lengths of the tape. i.e. 3.5inch over lap join. 3 x 1inch lengths of tape on the join.
    its fine for hemming too…

    now that said, i would do it on a free standing/hanging banner. im talking flat fixed to a wall. with fixings in middle of banner too to prevent wind flap movement,

    realistically, for big banners, and projecting double sided banners i use our liester banner welder.

    all else i use the tape.
