Where can I get static cling and mirror vinyl?
Anybody know where I can get any static cling and mirror vinyl?? looking to buy in part rolls. I have a customer who wants one sided visibility in day and night. other side can be mirror or anything else.

There are suppliers listed on the toolbar for both, thought you had a supplier for self cling. As for one way vision your customer is aware that this will only work if the light is right.
Mirror films are OK but rely on lighting differences to work so they may work well during the day but at night when it gets dark outside then they reverse the viewing so you can see in but not out.

Firstly mirror vinyl is opaque and not see through at all.
If you mean mirror film, then take care. It is a very different beast to apply and as Martin has mentioned there is no such product available which will give one way viewing in day and night in the same direction.
