    Hi all,
My Roland SP-540v isn’t cutting correct. When i export an Sp file to cut with the cut lines around it, it shows up in versaworks and some of the cut line wont be there. It is meanly at the bottom of the letters. Anyone any ideas of what this could be??

    Nicholas

quick guess, the eps page border is to small and clipping the cut path.

Have you tried zooming in on the file in versaworks, sometimes I get this issue but the wee red buggers are actually there on closer inspection.

I checked the page size and its OK, I have zoomed away in and they still aren’t there.

Cheers everyone. My EPS margin had changed to 0mm and I changed it to 1mm. Problem solved. Thanks for the help.

Go to Edit, Queue A or B Settings (which ever you use), click file format on the left hand side and it will be at the top. Adjust to suit.

Yes all sorted now Chris. Mine was set at 0.0mm as well and when I changed it to 1.0mm it solved my problem.

I was advised by Roland to set it to 0.5mm and never had a problem.
