    HI guys n gals,

i’ve been approached by one of my regulars to produce a product which is basically printed foamex,

to do in house i’d probably need to buy cut to size foamex and apply lam’d digi prints, i’m looking at fairly simple designs but some may be with four or more colours so i’m not sure if screen is the way (sub),

can you guys suggest the best way to go about this? even if it’s just recommending a good trade supplier that can print direct to foamex.

    thanks,
    Hugh

    Hugh
    its down to quantity
direct to foamex can be less than £40 per 8×4 sheet trade (4mm)
so size and numbers are important.
    but try http://www.lastingimpressionsonline.co.uk
    ask for dave,

    Thank you Peter,

i’ll give them a bell tomorrow. quantity should be in the thousands after an initial run, i would think.

    cheers,
    Hugh

can’t you do it in vinyl ? or
find a UV printer that will print direct to foamex. best ask a couple as prices vary a lot.

    some on here have them.

    i am quick tonight

direct to foamex would be the ideal solution as little finishing would be required, the main thing is that it needs cutting into strips around 18"x3" once printed,

if too dear we’ll do it the other way, but the cut sheets in and add sticky stuff! just means more work and potentially more cock-ups as accuaracy is pretty important, well actually, it’s a priority!

    cheers,
    Hugh
