  Printing problems, advice needed?

  So with the JV3 130 sp2 running through another pc i have lost my settings in corel x13..

  Now everytime i go to print i only have one colour profile, this prints up and back 3 times then the pump kicks in for a clean. Its taking ages to get a print through.

  Any solutions? the quality issue is not important but the pump is doing our head in..lol

  you should be able to set the the cleaning times in the control panel,
  you can reset the settings for each media type by pressing function-enter-setup enter type 1 enter, then scroll through the settings and adjust them, or scroll till you get to the default settings

  Are you printing via firewire cable?

  If the printer does not get info from the PC quickly enough it will clean by default………I had to upgrade an old RIP PC to stop this……

  thanks guys, looks like john has the answer..

  had to run it from a temporary parallel cable…

  bloody printers, bring back the brush !!!
