Hello, Can anyone using a P Cut 630 tell me what cutting pressure they use for say Avery 500 series or Oracal 651? I have been cutting at 101 but sometimes when i am applying the lettering, the backing paper will start to tear whilst being removed! I have just tried dropping pressure back to 92 and it seems better but i haven’t used it much since.
Also what is the correct blade for this machine? 45 degree for cutting calendered 5 yr material? Im still using some i got with machine but they don’t say what they are.

I used to use around 92 myself with little or no problems but theres no chart that I’m aware of so you will just have to use trial and error each time.

With regards to the blades, I assume you are using what is known as "Red Tipped" blades? I assume these get their name from the red cover on them from new. In which case I can confirm these are indeed the 45degree blades provided as standard with almost every Creation cutter.
