Ibrahim, send me a ticket and I will be glad to come and help you out 😀
You need to break the job down into its smaller parts, but the largest your plotter can handle. You may need to tile some of the larger letters and circles, but just guessing from a quick mock up i did, most of the parts will go through a 1300 plotter.
each part will need a few registration marks or a shape that matches it’s neighbor to allow lining up on site, but you already have a grid to work from, if you can accurately measure the windows and frames. and use that also as a guide. marking each piece to its grid reference.
As you are in Bahrain I would say apply using app fluid you should be able to do without aplication tape.use two men in a decent cherry-picker, that can reach over the porch (and the Merc 😀 )
I would also check on the type of glass fitted, I am no expert in this but have heard some tinted and coated glass doesnt like vinyl. and can cause cracking.Peter

dear Peter,
you are most welcome at any time. as you said i will use the glass frames as a reference to align the letters but i am worried about the circles aligment. do you have any comments. -
Send me a ticket too and I’ll come out there and keep Peter right 😕

What about this for a daft idea; have a helper stand where the photo was taken and using a radio, tell you where to place them. You can’t beat lining up by eye.

ill try explain things the way ide do it a bit later. dont be intimidated by the scale of it though.
side note, what size of vinyl cutter do you have?

quote Peter Normington:if you cut a shape that is common between two circles you can use these for alignment. Using this method and the windows as a grid you will be spot on (pardon the pun)
The common shape can be just plotted on paper or scrap vinylPeter
Handy tip that, Mr Normington! Thank you.
