  Edge 2mm aluminium

  I was looking at a job which involves cutting 2mm aluminum. The client has asked that the edge be "pencil edged" so as to protect from the potential of cutting a passer bys hands!

  Any one know a quick and handy way of doing this?

  Hand out plastic gloves to all the passers by? 😕

  Seriously though – what you need is a "deburring" tool available from any good tool shop

  Was thinking about the gloves thing myself Phil! Dont know if they go for it though!
