  craft robo problem

  hi all,

  got a craft robo about a week ago, its been working fine with absolutely no problems until today, when i push enter to load media, it tells me to unload media, any ideas what the problem would be? i got an order for stickers this morning to be ready tonight and as ive just started out i dont want to turn down the work now ive said i can do it

  any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
