    hi

not sure if I have posted in the right forum/section

we are having difficulties with vinyl curling at the edges after application.

this only happens with digitally printed media

we are using orajet and ecosol (versacamm)

very worrying as 2-3 clients have come back already

    🙁

    any help gratefully appreciated!

they’re not laminated and the cut does go through the print but we haven’t had this happen before – i did read the other post about curling…

we think it might be something to do with the cold but not sure

we are contacting the supplier to see what they have to see

then go back to that vinyl.
generally if done as you described dependent on ink load all will do it cold has little to do with it.

we used heat when we applied

to fix it, we are going to cover the offending vinyl in clear. we cant have curling!!!!!!! 😮
