  Acrylic Built up letters help

  Hi all hope you all had a good Xmas and new year.

  I was wondering if anyone has any experience withe acrylic built up letters? I would like to start making these, we have a CnC machine and wanted to know what else we would need and how to go about making them and Any help would be appreciated
