    Hello,
    I have a strange problem with the black colour on the black/cyan DX4 head.
    The test print is almost OK, as shown on the picture.

    When printing the cyan is OK but the black is mirrored and shifted – above and below from where it should be – as shown on that picture –

    Obviously I cannot print anything that has black.
    Does anyone have an idea for fixing, exept buying new head:)

    I’ve seen something similar to this before, and it may sound strange but try this…

    Upgrade the printer to the latest firmware. If you are already on the latest firmware upload it again. I saw a machine with a weird printing problem similar to this and this fixed it. The firmware in the machine may have become corrupt.
