Mark, if you introduce yourself in the say hello section you will find you will get more replies.
As for APA like most suppliers they do a range of vinyls at different prices for different types of job. I have used some of the vinyl ranges and they do what they say on the tin much the same as vinyl from any other supplier.

Sorry new to this forum how do I go through the say hello section.

I use them – as theyre not a million miles from me its handy to drop in sometimes, no complaints and I think the truck vinyl is legendary 😀

I started off with APA vinyl because I bought my first setup from them early nineties. Vinyl was cheap but thick and horrible to use. Tried some a while ago and it was nice and thin, cut and weeded fairly well but not cheap anymore. Banner vinyl very good, never used the truck vinyl but apparently that is as good as you get for that application. Sales staff always pleasant on the phone. No reason not to use it.

Thanks for you replys we currently use the avery vinyls but always on the look out for cheaper options that work, we have had some very disappointing results with other cheap vinyls.

Mark, not sure what you mean by other cheap vinyls, are you looking at any particular range that APA supply.
Which avery series vinyls do you currently use, it might be easier for someone to give you a comparison if you are looking at a particular series. Can you elaborate on what you mean by disappointing results?

Sorry, we use the avery 700 series for plotting and the avery mpi2000 for digital print which are both fantastic materials to use, we have used equivalent 5 yr products from suppliers (not going to mention names as this would be unfair)
which have been a lot cheaper promising high quality but getting shrinking and poor print quality, APA guy came in promising great vinyls at cheap prices so i’m just seeing what the general thought is of there standard 5-7 yr vinyl range (vehicle application, signage and there air flow vehicle wrap product).
