  will one of my workers be pasma covered?

  We have to work off of a working platform inside, at a standing height of 2 metres only and the client is asking for PASMA.
  We are using a low level scaffold unit but am unsure as to whether we will have to make sure one of the fitters is PASMA covered as this seems over kill?

  Any advice is always appreciated.

  you only need pasma to erect/move/dismantle the tower, you dont need 1 to work from the tower.
