    Afternoon all,

    Does anyone know how i would go about getting a decent match of pantone 185?

    Either vinyl or pritned.

    can’t see too well in the artificial light in here, but is that a slightly pinkish red?

    Hi Marcella,

    Yes its kind of a warm pinky red, on the roland colour chart dont see anything similar!

    Mactac Regal Red 9859-16 is similar but a smidgen darker, probably more like pantone 186 😕 But I can’t see anything else any closer

    I would print a colour chart from a RIP and do it in reverse. Visually check what colour you are trying to achieve from the printed chart and then take whatever reference the RIP thinks it is and design around that.

    I hope that makes sense?
