Does anyone know of a Eps ils quick Viewer
Hi Guys
Does anyone know of a way or of a viewer that can quick view eps ils cdr files,
I usually have quite a few files that i need to view (Scroll) quickly,
It can be a pain to have to start flexi ils or corel just to have a quick look for a file,
Any suggestions for a viewer

For all photos, eps, ai, pdf, psd you can use Adobe Bridge which is coming with Photoshop. I don’t know if you can view the cdr files but you can give it a try. It’s a very good program if you have a lot of files.

out of the office at the moment and cant remember the name of the program but i posted a free viewer last year, search the threads and you should find it? if you dont send me a pm and when im back ill email you the linkregards

I find it works quite well, i had to download and install all the plug ins from the page as well to get it to view eps files.

OK just had a quick look! I think that Adobe bridge is a front runner at the moment, although I don’t like it for it’s security vulnerabilities it maybe the best viewer for the moment

I sometimes use the ST thumbnail viewer – which does corel and ai/eps (it does have its quirks and wont always show everything).
You have to pay about £20 or so – but there is a free 30 day trial.

The best part with Bridge is the Collection feature of the program. You can make collections with photos or files from your computer without moving or copying the files from their original location. To say if you have a lot of images with flowers but in different locations you can have it all as a collection in Bridge but not moving or copying the files from their location. Give it a try is worth it. The program is the best in viewing files and organize them.

I use a program called Quick View Plus, i think there is a demo, it views most corel .CDR files, .PDF, .EPS, and .AI and others, but it does have a couple of unexplained issues when reading some EPS and CDR files even when saved in the same application for some reason.

If you’re on a Mac (which I’m guessing you’re probably not, but I’ll add it anyway for those that are) eps and ai files can be viewed directly in Apple Mail and also in an app called Preview.
